User Satisfaction Survey results published
This year’s RFC User Satisfaction Survey was redeveloped and followed a complete new approach, to allow for a more detailed and more targeted feedback from customers.
The survey was conducted together with ten other RFCs in autumn 2020, and all customers of our corridor had the chance to provide feedback on on train performance, traffic management, our C-OSS and many more issues.
The results will be taken up in our committees in the beginning of next year when deciding on our workplans and will be further discussed in our Advisory Groups RAG and TAG. Thank you for contributing to a joint enhancement of our Corridor performance.
